BRAILES Neighbourhood Plan is a step closer to being put together after Stratford District Council received an application for the designation of a neighbourhood area.
Brailes Parish Council has submitted an application for the parish, the first stage in the process.
Members of the public are being asked to make their comments before the district council makes a decision on the application.
If the designation of Neighbourhood Area is agreed, people can put together a Neighbourhood Plan, setting out how they would like the area to develop in the future.
To view a copy of the application and a map visit stratford.gov.uk/nplan or at the district council’s offices, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford, and also at Shipston and Stratford Libraries during normal opening hours.
The consultation starts on Thursday (January 6) and runs until 5pmon Friday, March 21.
Comments can be made either online, by emailing planning.policy@stratford-dc.gov.uk or by writing to Planning Policy, Stratford District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford, CV37 6HX.
