CHIPPING Norton is hosting a play and activity day in the summer.
The event is taking place on Wednesday, July 30 in the upper school field.
Oxfordshire County Councillor for Chipping Norton, Hilary Biles, said she was pleased the event was coming to the town after a similar day was held in Eynsham last year.
Revealing the news at the last town council meeting, she said: "I'm really pleased it's coming to Chipping Norton. I donated some funding towards it from my councillors budget."
