A man has appeared in court charged with three counts of fraud by false representation.
Kevin Crellin, aged 50, of Banbury Road, Sibford Gower, near Shipston, did not enter a plea when he appeared at Oxford Crown Court on December 23, last year.
Crellin is charged with two counts of dishonestly asking for donations from members of the public between February 28 and April 1, 2012, and between January 31, 2012, and March 1, 2012.
It is alleged the money was asked for online in relation to an injured pilot who has suffered in a flying accident.
Crellin is also alleged to have dishonestly offered flying lessons between May 31, 2012 and July 1, 2012 at Hinton Airfield, Northamptonshire.
He is due back at Oxford Crown Court for a case management hearing on Monday, March 17.
