CROWDS enjoyed a wealth of attractions and glorious sunny weather at the Westcote Country Fete.
People in search of a bargain were queuing for the bric-a-brac marquee for an hour ahead of the opening of the fete which took place near Bourton on Saturday.
Highlights included John Harvey’s Punch and Judy show, children’s races and stalls and teas in the village hall.
The afternoon ended with the hotly-anticipated inter-village Tug-of-War on Tattle, held on the common land between Church and Nether Westcote.
Church Westcote was victorious in both the men’s and women’s battles while Nether Westcote scooped the prize in the children’s category.
The event raised £3,000, which will be divided between Westcote Village Hall and St Mary’s Church.
