SHIPSTON planners have voted to support plans for 10 apartments for people with learning disabilities.
The planning group, chaired by Councillor Philip Vial, proposed thatthe council supportthe proposed development by Mencap on its current site on Stratford Road.
The council felt that this was a much-needed increase in services for local people.
