FIREFIGHTERS had a busy night in the Cotswolds with two fires within the same hour.
A crew from Moreton were called at 8.20pm yesterday to Evenlode Road, in Moreton, after reports of a shed fire.
On arrival they found two allotment sheds well alight and spent more than an hour tackling the blaze.
The cause is being investigated.
Meanwhile, firefighters from Stow were called at 9.13pm to a property in Clapton Road, near Bourton, to reports of a chimney fire.
Crews used chimney rods and a stirrup pump to extinguish the fire. They left after 50 minutes.
