STAFF at a funeral home helped to bring Christmas cheer to poorly children.
Philip Tomlins Funeral Directors, which has a branch in Evesham, delivered 140 chocolate selection boxes and £45 worth of vouchers to Acorns Children’s Hospice, thanks to donations from members of the public.
A further £663 was presented to the hospice from a memorial service held at All Saints Church in Evesham in December and money donated for memorial stars hung from trees at both funeral homes.
Joanne Mahoney, from Philip Tomlins, said: “Acorns Children’s Hospice is such a deserving cause.
“We would like to thank all those who so generously donated from the bottom of our hearts.”
