A MAGICIAN from Herefordshire has auctioned off two leftover Brussels sprouts from his Christmas dinner on eBay for £100 after attracting 15,000 views.
Cheeky Dan Allam, 21, from Ledbury, decided to list the unpopular vegetables on the auction site to help a charity after polishing off the rest of his plate on Christmas Day.
He immediately uploaded a picture of the sprouts and was stunned when he began receiving dozens of messages from prospective buyers.
The organic sprouts, which were handpicked from Dan's garden on Christmas Eve, have been kept fresh in iced water, and the cash is going to charity Make A WIsh Foundation.
He said: "It's one of the most bizarre things I've ever done - I thought it would raise £1."
