ONE thousand Christmas crackers will be shared out among four charities after a generous donation.
The Cotswold House Hotel in Chipping Campden is making sure the festive season goes off with a bang by giving 250 crackers to The James Hopkins Trust, Hop Skip and Jump, The Cotswold Care Hospice and GEAR to brighten up their Christmas day.
The crackers will be put to good use, with some of them being pulled at the GEAR Christmas lunch and in the Cotswold Care Hospice.
Paul Dixon, the hotel’s manager, said: “We hope that the crackers we are donating this year will help to make this Christmas a little brighter for those in need and the charities we have selected are all hugely deserving.”
