Pub raid

THOUSANDS of pounds have been stolen from a pub in Gretton.

The burglary at the Royal Oak happened between midnight and 9.20am on Monday when thieves entered the building and stole more than £5,000 from the safe.

Police investigating the burglary are appealing for anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious to contact them.
