Lionel Richie will aim to keep the party going All Night Long at his three newly-announced UK shows.

Performing classics such as Hello, Easy and Dancing On The Ceiling, Richie will take to the stage for his All The Hits tour at Manchester Arena on June 28 and London’s O2 on July 2 and 3 next year.

He said: ”It’s been an unforgettable year and I can’t wait to return to the UK to see my fans. It’s always been a really special place for me and this year in particular the UK has been incredible to me.

“I’m excited to be getting out there and seeing some new faces and I’m sure some old ones too!”

The arena dates will top off a year that saw Lionel stage a sell-out tour and draw the biggest crowd of over 100,000 people to the Pyramid Stage for his phenomenal performance in Glastonbury Festival’s Legends slot in June.

Off the back of his appearance, he rocketed back into the UK charts with his album The Definitive Collection, reaching number one for the first time in 23 years.

His career began with the Commodores in 1968 before he produced his first solo effort in 1982.

Lionel has now sold over 100 million albums worldwide, winning four Grammys, a Golden Globe and an Oscar along the way.
