VINTAGE car fans are in for a treat tomorrow when Britain’s longest rally rolls up in Broadway.
The drivers are taking part in the Flying Scotsman event – driving 750 miles from London to Edinburgh. The 85 pre-war vehicles taking part in the 3rd Flying Scotsman rally vary from a very rare 1100cc supercharged MG K3, to an eight-cylinder supercharged Alfa Romeo Type 8C Zagato, being brought specially to the event from Switzerland.
The rally is due to stop for a break at Broadway Tower at about 1.30pm on April 1 and travel through Bidford later the same day.
