THE Alcester Junior Drama Club and Youth Theatre will perform a world premiere of The Legend of the Blue Diamond at The Greig, in Alcester, this month. Written and directed by Julie Styles, the show, on Friday and Saturday, February 5-6, at 2.30pm and 7.30pm, tells of swashbuckling pirates, enchanted isles and sea monsters. Audiences will be delighted as drama, dance and puppetry combine in a tale to bring the rare blue diamond back to its rightful owner.
