WORCESTER headquartered regional law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys ranks with the best in the UK, with a premier legal guide recommending it to clients across 15 legal practice areas.

The Chambers and Partners UK Guide puts the High Street solicitors in the top tier of law firms for family and private client services, covering wills, trusts and probate. In addition, four of its lawyers are named among the best in their field and a further 19 are ranked by the guide across the firm’s six offices and legal services. Family lawyers Jonathan Brew in Worcester, Andrew Caldicott in Hereford and Carolyn Green in Cheltenham all attract the highest accolades, along with Matthew Johnston in Cheltenham, who is ranked for his specialist advice in the area of information technology.

The firm’s education team, led by Kristine Scott, was acknowledged as a UK-wide player in the field, especially with independent schools and multi-academy trusts. The licensing team’s expertise was also recognised across UK regions, with partner Heath Thomas heading the team.

Rod Thomas, the firm’s managing partner, said: “The quality of our lawyers, both as individuals and working as teams, is outstanding and Chambers and Partners confirms what The Legal 500 guide made so clear recently, that we give our clients service which rivals the best in the country, on their doorsteps. The breadth of our expertise means that we are significantly ahead of other legal firms within the area.”
