New firm will specialise in family law

BUCKING A TREND: Tracy Lowe has opened a new firm. BUCKING A TREND: Tracy Lowe has opened a new firm.

BUCKING a trend which has seen large organisations like Tesco and the Co-op offer legal services, Tracy Lowe has opened a firm of solicitors in Worcester specialising in family law.

Appropriately, the new law firm is right across the road from the Shirehall court complex in Worcester’s Foregate Street.

Mrs Lowe said: “While the cost of litigation is an important factor so is service, especially in such a sensitive area as marital and partnership breakdowns which often involve children and complex financial issues. “Life at this time for the client is an emotional roller coaster with feelings of despair, anger and confusion,” she said. “For many clients it is vitally important that they see and talk to the same person throughout the course of their case so that when they attend court that same person is standing by their side and helps them to find the strength to make difficult decisions which will impact upon the rest of their life.”

Mrs Lowe, who has previously worked for Worcester firms Harrison Clark and Thursfields, has many years experience in family law and is married to barrister Anthony Lowe, who also sits as a recorder.
