Delicious dishes for all tastes at Fosse Manor

DINING out at the Fosse Manor Hotel in Stow is an experience not to be missed.

Set in five acres of grounds, the country house hotel is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxed bar meal or a dinner for a special occasion.

Inspectors from the AA were so impressed when they visited last month, it retained its two-rosette award.

Fosse Manor may have a traditional exterior but inside it is modern and stylish. The dining area overlooking the gardens and countryside provides the perfect backdrop for an extensive, evolving menu.

Chef Mark Coleman said: “We’ve worked with local suppliers to create quality dishes and we can assure you that whatever the occasion or appetite, our menu will provide the answer.”

Delicious dishes on the dinner menu include Cotswold chicken breast with celeriac and potato gratin, truffled beans and Madeira sauce and roast supreme of cod with onion puree, potato rosti, salsifi and Shiraz butter sauce, while the lunch menu has lighter choices such as tiger prawn and salmon linguine and traditional cod and chips.

Fosse Manor Hotel has superb facilities for private dining and parties. There is a separate elevated dining area to cater for up to 30 people for lunch or dinner and you can develop your own menu with the hotel’s award-winning chef.

During late spring and summer, the patio terrace is open and you can enjoy glorious views across the Cotswold countryside while you dine or relax with a drink.
