THERE is a new face at Worcester-based property consultants Harris Lamb.

The firm, which has an office in St Mary’s Street, as well as three other offices in the Midlands, has bolstered its management team with the appointment of an experienced surveyor to assist with its expanding workload.

The 12-strong team has welcomed Dawn Cox who joins the business from JLL where she spent 13 years, and she is set to specialise in all aspects of property and asset management, bringing extensive experience within the office, industrial and retail sectors at Harris Lamb.

Shirley Greenlees, Harris Lamb director, said: “We are delighted that Dawn has joined the team. The department oversees a diverse range of properties, and having recently been awarded a series of new instructions, her experience within our key sectors will prove a huge asset in continuing to provide an end-to-end service to our clients. We have always taken pride in being an effective conduit between landlord and tenant and taking care of any issues that impact on either party, and Dawn has an impressive track record in property and asset management, as well as delivering a high level of service that we know will strengthen relationships further with our clients."

Dawn, who will oversee an extensive portfolio of sites all over the UK, said: “I am excited to become part of the management team at Harris Lamb. The business has an excellent reputation within the commercial property sector, and as a regional employer.

“Having worked with some of the team in the past, I was assured my skills would be a good fit with my colleagues, and I’m looking forward to working with them to develop the department further,” she added.
