A WORCESTERSHIRE man is celebrating a decade of business with a major new investment in Droitwich.
Kush Datta who runs The Car Lot in St George’s Square in the Spa has joined forces with local technician Rob Anscombe and vehicle bodywork specialist Carl Jacob to create a ‘one-stop-shop’ for vehicle sales, valeting, servicing, mechanical and body repairs.
Mr Datta said: “After 10 very successful years in this prime location I have made a further investment of around £50,000 and taken over the whole site, tying up with other tenants to provide a full service to local motorists.
“I am delighted to be joined this month as part of my milestone 10th anniversary by Rob and Carl, who are renowned as an excellent mechanic and paint and bodyshop specialist respectively.”
Rob Anscombe, who comes from Martley, said: “Having worked for other people in the past I am delighted to be setting up my own business venture working in conjunction with entrepreneur Kush here in the centre of Droitwich.
“Our aim here is to offer a full range of services for all motoring needs with full workshop, welding and fabrication facilities on site and we have also just launched a 24-hour vehicle recovery service this month as part of the centre’s continued expansion.”
