WORCESTERSHIRE-based creative agency Drp has won an award at an international festival.

Drp has won bronze in the public relations category at the New York Festival, TV and Films Awards.

Drp were entered into the public relations category for the #DrivenByQuality film campaign for their client Gett Taxis.

The firm operates globally and wanted to create a campaign to promote its services, so turned to the Hartlebury-based agency.

Dagmar Mackett, director of Film and Video at Drp, said: “We are extremely proud to take home an award at the awards, especially given the high quality of productions and stiff competition from global agencies and in-house teams.

"As an industry we are consistently being challenged to be different, think outside the box and deliver greater ROI.

"These awards showcase the amazing work that is doing just that.”

The New York Festival recognises the best productions and content in all forms for over 50 countries worldwide.

The global on-demand network has more than 10,000 corporate clients and have made over 50 million trips since being founded in 2010.
