THERE is a new face at Worcester-based regional law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys.

Faye Reynolds has joined the firm’s employment team in Worcester, bringing expertise in handling employment tribunal and discrimination law.

Faye, an associate, advises and represents both employers and senior employees in many areas of employment law, including discrimination law, dismissal and grievance procedures, restructuring and redundancy, and post-termination restrictive covenants.

She has advised firms ranging from start-ups to national household names and also worked as a lawyer for Worcestershire County Council for a number of years.

“It’s great to be back in Worcester, and working with such a great team – they have an excellent reputation and I’m looking forward to the challenge of such a busy department,” Faye said.

Simon Gilmour, who leads Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Worcester team, said: “Faye is a great addition to our team – her experience will be very helpful and I think her skills will really complement the existing team’s strengths.

“In view of the recent decision on tribunal fees, heralding the likely increase in claims, her litigation background will be invaluable.”
