A WORCESTERSHIRE marketing agency Gough Bailey Wright has completed a hat-trick of new property clients adding three developers to its growing portfolio.

Gough Bailey Wright (GBW) has confirmed it has been managing the stakeholder engagement and public consultations for LCR, owned by the Department for Transport, for its major Axis Square development proposals in Birmingham City Centre.

Bromsgrove-based GBW has also recently been appointed to support Nurton Developments on a number of short and long term projects.

The agency has also been hired by Henry Boot Developments for a double consultation, promoting two schemes in Leicester simultaneously.

The new business hat-trick follows in the footsteps of recent appointments by developers Ziran Land and Birmingham City Council’s property department.

GBW managing director, Sue Bailey, said: “Developers and regeneration specialists in the Midlands and beyond are choosing GBW because we truly combine property expertise with the full scope of PR and creative communications.

“Our property team members are experts in planning and public relations, so clients are really seeing the benefits of having all their communications services provided from under one roof.

“We’re really enjoying the variety of work and the feedback has been excellent, both from the clients, the stakeholders and the communities we’re engaging with.”
