A KIDDERMINSTER firm supplying windows, doors, and conservatories has been celebrating reaching a milestone anniversary.

TWS has been trading under the same name for 25 years.

The company was founded by Tim Winterburn and Steve Phillpotts - who are now the directors - in 1992.

When they first started the firm, they fitted windows from the back of the company van and the partners would quote, measure and install, individually and together.

But as the firm grew, forging partnerships with trade customers and employing more staff, it was decided to move to a showroom in Worcester Road in 2009.

TWS is still based at the Unit 5 Lupin Works site today, which houses the firm's showroom, trade counter and offices.

Richard Adey, from the firm, said: "All the office staff are employed on a salary meaning we can offer advice on our products in relaxed, no pressure appointments.

"We will never outstay our welcome and don’t pester customers with persistent phone calls.

"All fitters are also employed on a salary and not a per-window basis like other companies.

"This means they can fit our products with due care and attention in a professional manner.

"Most of our 12 full time staff have been with the company for years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the glazing industry.

"Our products are some of the most advanced, energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing in the industry, and there is a range to meet anyone’s needs.

"Due to our longevity as a company we offer a 10 year guarantee you can trust."
