A WORCESTERSHIRE solicitors has announced a new look team after a retirement.

Scaiff Solicitors, based in Foregate Street, recently saw the retirement of Mervyn Bayliss, so decided to launch a new look team.

Simon Shaw has become managing partner with Elizabeth Rimell and Amanda Wright remaining partners at the firm.

Mr Shaw specialises in employer’s liability and industrial accident claims, including those involving asbestosis and vibration white finger, but also has considerable experience in high value brain injury claims involving children.

Elizabeth Rimell remains a partner within the personal injury and clinical negligence department and specialises in representing victims of childhood sexual abuse.

Amanda Wright retains her role as partner in the family department, having practised family law throughout her career and is a highly committed member of resolution, the professional body for family lawyers.
