A POPULAR Worcester pub has new owners following the signing of a new deal.
The 17th century inn the Manor Arms, based in old village square at Abberley, was sold for an undisclosed sum to Coach House Inns group - which specialises in upmarket residential inns - after a deal was arranged by Colliers International.
Featuring six individually decorated en-suite letting bedrooms, the venue also includes a lounge bar with wood burning stove, 100 covers, a function room and a car park.
The venue enjoys attractive views on the Abberley Circular and Worcestershire Way Walk.
Peter Brunt, hotels director with Colliers International, said: “We are increasingly being asked to conduct sales off-market, and this was the case with the Manor Arms which was brought to the market with the utmost confidentiality.
“The Manor Arms is a superb example of a residential pub in an idyllic setting, and was the subject of a comprehensive refurbishment by our clients when they purchased the Manor Arms in 2013.”
