A WORCESTER based legal firm has been recognised for meeting customer needs.
ISO consultancy, ISO Quality Services, analysed the business model at Thomas Guise solicitors, before awarding a ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001 quality management system is designed to be a systematic and process driven approach to managing a business.
It sets clear parameters to ensure certified companies are focused on meeting customer needs and wants through its organisational structure, policies and procedures.
Thomas Guise' director Wayne Thomas said: “Achieving this quality mark assures our clients that we are serious about improving and providing a high quality service every time they use our services.
"It also aids us to improve staff morale by ensuring that everyone within the firm is clear about what they do and the value they contribute overall.”
Colin Watkins, lead assessor at ISO Quality Services, added: “We are pleased to be appointed by Thomas Guise as their provider for certification towards the ISO 9001 Quality Management standard.
"It is also particularly pleasing as the practice is our first client within the legal profession.
"We look forward to working closely with Thomas Guise and creating a long-term partnership.”
