WRIGHT Solicitors has opened a second office in Bewdley.

The law firm, which was founded in Dudley in 1919 moved into the town last year by incorporating with Marion Evans Solicitors, and has now opened another branch in Load Street, a few steps down the road from the museum.

A launch party was held at St. George’s Café in Load Street with backing music from students at Bewdley High School, while the town's Civic Society organised a rolling montage of images showcasing Bewdley through the ages.

Stan Williets, managing partner of Wright Solicitors, thanked everyone for attending and told the guests he likened the firm to baby Ekosu, the recently born White Rhino Calf at the West Midlands Safari. He said that just like Ekosu, Wright Solicitors are only relative newcomers to the area but intend to stay around for a long time.
