TWO first time Worcester mothers have turned business entrepreneurs after setting up their own company.

Charlotte Hencher-Cross and Amy Woodhouse have founded The Big Badge Theory, an embroidery and printwear service which has proved so successful it has moved to larger premises.

Miss Woodhouse said: "We offer embroidery and printwear services which includes, but isn't limited to, work wear, sports attire, stag and hen T-shirts, children's clothing and our new line of personalised cuddly toys. Between us we have 16 years of experience in the industry.

"We had been working from Charlotte's garage, but as our work load grew so did our requirements for space. Therefore we took the plunge and decided to expand into a warehouse in Sherriff Industrial Estate, which has a trade counter so the public can pop in at any time.

"We have an extensive catalogue with more than 3000 lines but what makes us stand out from the competition is that not only do we not require a minimum order, but you can even bring your own garments in for us to embroider."

And being new mums, they don't mind if children come and watch too.
