THE team at a Worcester travel agency have won a national travel award for the second year in a row
Co-operative Travel in City Arcade, which is part of The Midcounties Co-operative Society, won best national large high street agency of the year at the Agent Achievement Awards. The team also picked up central England large agency of the year for the third year running. The awards, organised by Travel Weekly magazine, showcase leading travel agents and are judged by a panel of travel experts and UK holiday companies.
Rachel Polhill, branch manager at Co-operative Travel in Worcester, said: “Winning these awards for the second and third year running is a real boost for our team who all work so hard to provide exceptional customer service. It’s fantastic to be recognised for the quality and expertise of our staff. It also shows that we have a great relationship and a lot of support from holiday companies across the UK, which allows us to offer our customers the best possible holiday packages and prices.”
The Agent Achievement Awards took place at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel in central London and welcomed more than 800 guests to the sold-out ceremony.
