HOUSING company Rooftop has been named as one of the Sunday Times 100 Best not-for-profit organisations to work for.
The Evesham-based social housing provider was noted as one to watch in the Best Companies listing.
The rankings and awards are based on an anonymous employee survey on areas including: the management, the leadership, the company, personal growth, their team, giving something back, a fair deal and wellbeing.
It also identifies how employees contribute to their company’s success and growth, setting a benchmark for other employers.
As well as providing affordable housing across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, Rooftop has a strong sense of corporate social responsibility, actively supporting and funding resident-led projects, in order to help local communities to develop and become more sustainable.
Ian Hughes, group chief executive at Rooftop Housing Group said: "We are delighted to be listed as one to watch, especially as this is the first time we have entered the awards.
"It is an important milestone for us and is testament to the commitment and dedication of our staff."
