SHELLEY Stephenson has returned to the Worcester office of estate agents Knight Frank following a spell working in the Cotswolds.

Partner and head of office Will Kerton said: "“We are delighted to have Shelley back with us. She returns with a wealth of experience gained in the Cotswolds and is a great asset to us and our clients. Her skills and knowledge of the local market are second to none."

Miss Stephenson was born into a farming family from Hallow, near Worcester and was educated in the county before going to university in Bristol. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having completed her professional exams about 15 years ago, and during her time working in Oxford helped set up the Women in Property Thames Valley satellite branch.

She will specialise in the sale of rural, village and city properties throughout Worcestershire. However, her career in property spans 20 years and includes involvement in a range of development and residential transactions along with consultancy and valuation work.
