A WORCESTER law firm is offering to draw up free Wills in exchange for a donation to the Daisy Chain Benevolent Fund Trust.

Between August 18 and 29, Waldrons of The Tything will be supporting the charity which works with sick children and young adults.

The firm's Wills expert Dawn Cash said: "Too many people avoid making a Will, and currently there are around 30 million adults in the UK, who haven’t got round to it, which jeopardises their families futures. If you do not have a Will there is a good chance your Estate will not be distributed the way you want and could even go to the Government. It can be an uncomfortable subject to talk about, but with family life so complex now compared to a generation or two ago, a Will is more relevant than ever and it could prevent major family fallouts.

We hope this move will help generate the interest in Wills that there needs to be and in doing so support an excellent charity that helps provide so much help across Worcestershire.”

Greg Rowe, chairman of the Board of Trustees at the charity, added: "Daisy Chain Benevolent Fund Trust is delighted to be associated with the Waldrons Solicitors charity Will scheme. By making a donation to DBF Trust, we will be able to buy new equipment for the Riverside Children’s Ward and fund support services provided by our partner charity the Teenage Cancer Trust in Worcestershire."
