    100 Years Ago December 14, 1907 THE Moreton-in-Marsh Christmas Stock Show and Sale was held on Tuesday in very uncomfortable weather. The show itself, both numerically and as to the quality of the exhibits, was far in advance of previous years. The schedule was much as last year and consisted of thirteen classes, six for cattle, four for sheep and three for pigs. The open steer class was won by Mr E Sheldon with the champion steer at last week's show at Shipston. This is a really beautiful bullock and handles very firm and was best in show. The sheep were, as usual, a great feature of the show, and a wonderful good lot of tegs were penned. read more
