HALEY John James (Jack) Jack passed away in the QE Hospital, Birmingham, on Monday, September 4th, 2017, aged 87 years. Loving husband to Kath, dad to Linda, Simon, Tim and Siobhan and adoring grandad to his eight Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service at Wyre Forest Crematorium, Stourport on Wednesday, September 27th, at 2:00pm. No flowers.
